When the City Pickup Doesn't Fit
The City of Fresno offers its residential trash customers one free bulky item pickup a year. It works well if you have a single couch or mattress, can get it to the curb yourself, and can wait for the city to call back with a date. A lot of jobs don't fit those rules. You might have a whole garage of stuff, a fridge (the city won't take those), a second-floor apartment, alley service, or a move-out date that won't wait. What Affects the Price
Pricing is flat-rate and based on how much space your junk takes in the truck. There's no hourly billing.
- Single items: start around $75 to $125 depending on the item. A TV is at the low end; a couch or mattress set is at the high end.
- Small mixed load: starts around $150.
- Full pickup-truck load: about $350 to $450.
- Packed truck of mixed junk: up to about $550.

- Are you my regular trash service?
- No. JunkCo Fresno is a private junk removal company, not the City of Fresno or City of Clovis trash service. We handle one-time pickups of bulky items and piles that don't fit in your carts.
- Is there anything you won't haul?
- We can't take hazardous waste such as paint, solvents, pool chemicals, motor oil and fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, or ammunition. Almost everything else from a home or business is fine.
